I'm Mod!

If you don't believe me, just look at my nails.

My new favorite color, Essie Van D'Go.  It's a glowy peach/pink on a whited out base.  It makes my barely tanned hands look quite bronzed.  If Andy Warhol wore nail polish, this would be it.

Guerlain by Emilio Pucci Terra Azzurra Bronzing Powder & Blush Review

From left to right: bronzer, bronzer mixed with blush, blush

For Summer 2012, Guerlain collaborated with Emilio Pucci and released a bronzer/blush duo.  Love the pouch it comes in, but I didn't buy it just for that...honest!  It smells like jasmine and comes in a dark wooden case.  The powder is smooth and long lasting, as expected.  The bronzer itself is a nice glowy tan, not orange at all.  The blush gives you the same color you get from frolicking around by the pool---that heated, healthy look.  So pretty!  It is slightly on the warm side, but the mauve strip cools it down a smidge.  Great duo for summer.

Tom Ford Indian Pink Nail Polish

It's not yet summer, but it's starting to get that feel...finally.  The big contemplation of the day: what color to paint the nails?  Fuchsia!  It's so girly, but still says REBEL in the giant sea of blues and greens.  Tom Ford Indian Pink has blue undertones, but also a touch of warmth that gives it some heat.  It's deep enough to keep you from feeling like Barbie.  Love it on nails and toes; the perfect summer pink.
